Continuing Eligibility of Certain Retail Food Stores

L. 110–246, §4(a), title IV, §§4002(b)(1)(A), (B), (2)(D), 4115(c)(1)(A)(i), (B)(i), (2)(A), June 18, 2008, 122 Stat. 1664 , 1857 , 1858 , 1870 , 1871 , provided that: "Notwithstanding any other provision of law, during the period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act [Dec. 17, 1993] and ending on March 15, 1994, an establishment or house-to-house trade route that is otherwise authorized to accept and redeem benefits under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2011 et seq. ) on the date of enactment of this Act may not be disqualified from participation in the supplemental nutrition assistance program solely because the establishment or trade route does not meet the definition of 'retail food store' under section 3(p)(1) [now 3(o)(1)] of such Act ( 7 U.S.C. 2012(k)(1) [now 2012(o)(1)])."
