Temporary enhanced payment for coverage and administration of COVID–19 vaccines

During the period described in section 1396d(hh)(2) of this title , notwithstanding subsection (b), the enhanced FMAP for a State, with respect to payments under subsection (a) for expenditures under the State child health plan (or a waiver of such plan) for a vaccine described in section 1396d(a)(4)(E) of this title (and the administration of such a vaccine), shall be equal to 100 percent.
