Recertification of Eligibility

A food stamp household that has filed a timely application for recertification as defined in 7 CFR 273.14 shall:

(a) Provide all required verification, as specified in He-W 724 and 7 CFR 271-273 et. seq., by the later of the following periods:

(1) No later than the end of the current certification period; or

(2) Within 30 days after the date of application.
