Make special arrangements, when needed, to allow a person with a disability to participate in the hearing. These arrangements may include such things as changing the location of the hearing, allowing the person to provide their testimony in writing or by telephone, arranging for a sign-language interpreter, etc. Contact the Bureau of Assistance Hearings to inform them of the person's disability and coordinate the arrangements.
