IES Phase 2 System Process

Document actions taken that do not require a notice of adverse action in case notes in IES. These include:

A SNAP unit member is sanctioned for intentional program violation (IPV) and, as a result, benefits for remaining SNAP unit member(s) are reduced or canceled. NOTE: See WAG 23-06-02 for action on Notice of Disqualification for Intentional Program Violation (Form 2550 or Form 2550C).

A group living arrangement facility or drug/alcoholic treatment center loses State certification and, as a result, eligibility of its residents is canceled.

The IES case notes must include the reason for the action, date of action, and caseworker's signature or initials.
