Supportive Living Facility

Following the report by Family Community Resource Center staff, the BLTC contacts the Metro or Downstate Area Manager, as appropriate. The Metro/Downstate Area Manager notifies the BLTC Regional Supervisor who, in turn, notifies the BLTC nurse. The BLTC nurse investigates the report and reports back to the Family Community Resource Center.
