PM 01-03-03: Cooperation by Active SNAP Units

An active SNAP unit must cooperate in reviews of its ongoing eligibility. Reasons for eligibility reviews are:

when the Department learns about reported and unreported changes that affect the unit's eligibility or benefit amount;

periodic reapproval (SNAP REDE) of the case; and

quality control.
