WAG 01-01-02.
Clients and the public have the right to receive information about:
DHS policy, programs, and services;
program rights and responsibilities; and
services provided by other agencies.
When necessary, refer clients to other agencies for services.
Hand out pamphlets when a person applies for benefits or when they request information. Pamphlets in Spanish are available. Explain the contents of the pamphlets.
Post mandatory posters in the lobby.
