Health Benefits for Immigrant Seniors (HBIS)

Health Benefits for Immigrant Seniors (HBIS) is for noncitizens aged 65 years of age and older. This program follows the current AABD community eligibility criteria, for individuals who do not meet citizen requirements and are ineligible for Federal Medicaid.
