Medical Benefits for Noncitizen Victims of Trafficking, Torture or Other Serious Crimes (VTTC)
A noncitizen victim of trafficking, torture, or other serious crimes, and their derivative family members, may receive medical benefits if they have applied for "T" Non-immigrant status, "U" Non-immigrant status, or Asylum status, or are preparing to file an application with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for such status.
