Commercial activities Activity status: Permitted Where: The commercial activity is a retail activity and does not exceed 500m2 total GFA; The commercial activity is a supermarket and does not exceed 1500m2 total GFA; or Any other commercial activity, including integrated retail activity, does not exceed 2500m2 total GFA; and Any commercial activity is located at least 10m from any residential activity. Activity status: Restricted Discretionary Where: Compliance with the requirements of MUZ-PREC01-R1.1 is not achieved.
