Integrated retail activity Activity status: Permitted Where: The total gross floor area does not exceed 20,000m2. Activity status: Restricted Discretionary Where: Compliance with the requirements of LCZ-R11.1 is not achieved. Matters of discretion are: The matters in LCZ-P1, LCZ-P2, LCZ-P3, and LCZ-P4; The cumulative effect of the development on: The vitality of the City Centre Zone; The safety and efficiency of the transport network, including providing for a range of transport modes; The hierarchy of roads, travel demand or vehicle use; and The compatibility with other activities provided for in the zone. Council will not apply a permitted baseline assessment when considering the effects of integrated retail activities that cannot comply with LCZ-R11.1.
