STADIUM ACTIVITY
The use of land and buildings at Wellington Regional Stadium for: sport and recreation activity and events; cultural, entertainment and exhibition activity and events; trade fairs, market days and displays; conferences, meetings and functions; sports-related education; any ancillary pedestrian access and connection; and any ancillary activity necessary for the operation of the Stadium including ancillary office and commercial activity, catering, and ticket and merchandise sales.
