means the construction, operation, maintenance and repair, and upgrading of structures, paved areas and ancillary facilities associated with renewable electricity generation. This includes small scale, community scale and large scale renewable electricity generation activities and the system of electricity conveyance required to convey electricity to the distribution network and/or the National Grid and electricity storage technologies associated with renewable electricity.
