means a small, lightweight, transportation device that can occupy space alongside cycles, operates at speeds typically below 30 km/h and is driven by the user personally. Micromobility devices include: Scooters; Electric scooters; Skateboards; Electric skateboards. Micromobility devices exclude: Light vehicles; Heavy vehicles; Devices with internal combustion engines; Devices with top speeds above 45 km/h; Devices heavier than 200kg; Cycles; Electric cycles.
