MARINA FACILITIES

means land-based activities, land, buildings and other structures related to the ongoing operation, maintenance, use and development of a marina or maritime sport and recreation activities, including: storage facilities; vehicle and vessel parking, loading and manoeuvring areas; ablution blocks, toilets and cooking facilities; boat ramps; connections to jetties, gangways, moorings, berths, pontoons; land, buildings and structures for the servicing, repair, maintenance and refuelling of vessels, including any commercial activity for these purposes; and ancillary office and administrative facilities.
