LARGE SCALE RENEWABLE ELECTRICITY GENERATION ACTIVITY

means the land, buildings, substations, wind turbines, structures, underground cabling earthworks, access tracks and roads, paved areas, internal transmission and fibre networks, ancillary facilities and site rehabilitation works associated with the generation of electricity from a renewable energy source and the operation of the renewable electricity generation activity greater for the purpose of exporting electricity directly into the distribution or transmission network. It does not include: Small Scale Renewable Electricity Generation Activities; or Community Scale Renewable Electricity Generation Activities.
