airport related activity
means ancillary activities or services that provide support to the airport, including but not limited to: land transport activities; rental vehicle activities; educational facilities provided they serve an aviation related purpose; retail, commercial and industrial activities associated with the needs of Airport passengers, visitors and employees and/or aircraft movements and Airport businesses; administrative offices, provided they are ancillary to an airport or airport related activity. and visitor accommodation, conference facilities and associated services; Airport Related Activities does not include activities listed in the definition of Airport Activities.
