Additional infrastructure

means: public open space; community infrastructure as defined in section 197 of the Local Government Act 2002; land transport (as defined in the Land Transport Management Act 2003) that is not controlled by local authorities; social infrastructure, such as schools and healthcare facilities; a network operated for the purpose of telecommunications (as defined in section 5 of the Telecommunications Act 2001); a network operated for the purpose of transmitting or distributing electricity or gas.
